Julian Ware
CEO
Julian Ware is a South African and offshore corporate and personal tax law consultant, and a registered trust and estate practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in England and Wales. He engaged in private practice in 1991 and founded Trust and Tax Managment, the internationally recognised corporate and personal tax law consultancy group in 1993. Julian has consulted and trained some of the most prestigious firms of chartered accountants in South Africa on domestic and offshore tax and trust law. He is frequent guest speaker for BSP Seminars
Acknowledged globally as a strategic tax management consultant, Julian is regularly invited to speak on tax and related topics in South Africa and offshore. He has addressed members and lectured students of many professional and academic organisations, and is an ad hoc lecturer for the Masters degree in International Tax read at the University of the Witwatersrand. Julian is also a former lecturer for the joint Rand Afrikaans University and International Law and Tax Institute's two year Advanced Diploma on International Tax and Offshore Financial Centres.
Julian's special interests lie in consulting on complex South African technical trust and tax law principles; trouble shooting corporate and personal tax arrangements and the general debugging of tax structures; international and local tax avoidance; and offshore tax, trusts and estate management.
