Lawrence Fong
Managing Director
Lawrence is a qualified lawyer in Singapore, member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Singapore Law Society and Managing Director of GCSL Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining GCSL Singapore, he was a corporate lawyer engaged in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, trust and tax matters, technology ventures and many other areas of corporate practice, representing listed and private companies to conduct business both in Singapore and worldwide. Lawrence sits on the board of directors of several publicly listed companies and advises extensively on corporate governance. He also chairs several local charities. Lawrence has a LLB (Hons) and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
