Maxim A. Stepanov, born 1965, graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of USSR in 1991, holds Superior Diploma of Cervantes Institute of the MInistry of Culture and Education of Spain and a MBA in Economics from Pacific Coast University , USA.

Max worked as a diplomat in several Embassies and General Consulates of Russia in Latin America till 1997. Since that period, he has been practicing corporate formation and administration as member of Midland Services Inc. (Panama) and since February 2006 as a partner of Midland Counselors at Law - Panamanian Civil company for legal and corporate administration services.
