Diana Palomba

Lawyer and International Tax Consultant

Diana Palomba, graduated in law from Naples University, is based in Italy and has worked for the last 3 years as a tax consultant for the Benedict Partnership LLP, which is part of the Intrust Group. This LLP specialises in international tax planning. Diana focuses on trusts for Italian clients.

When she was living in London she worked for over 3 years with a corporate services company which is now part of Fortis Bank. There she dealt with various legal and fiscal topics such as Trusts and their practical use within the civil law regulations.

Diana has spoken at several conferences on Trusts often organised by STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, of which she is a councillor on the board of the Italian STEP branch. She is also a member of IFA, (International Fiscal Association) and the Italian Trust Association.

She has also worked for an important law firm in Naples which specialised in Administration and Civil Rights.
