Director
Christian M. Strik (51), Tax Advisor and Attorney at Law, studied Dutch Law at Nijmegen University, Tax Law at Amsterdam University and Economics (MA) at The New School for Social Research in New York (Fulbright-fellowship). Started his career as assistant professor in tax law at Nijmegen University and attorney at law and advisor with Caron & Stevens (Baker & McKenzie). He was asked to become the tax manager of the international team with Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Amsterdam. He is a member of the Amsterdam Bar, the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a founding member of the Asia Offshore Association. He is a reserve major with the legal department of the Dutch Army, specialist in emergency and marshal law. Specialist experience in international taxation for twenty-five years.
