British Virgin Islands

British Virgin Islands is situated in the Caribbean, west of Anguilla and east to the US Virgin Islands. It is a self-governing British overseas territory with an English law legal system. It enjoys a tropical climate, temperatures vary little all the year round. The pillars of British Virgin Islands’ economy are tourism and financial services. The primary language is English with a quick creole accent.

British Virgin Islands offers a wide range of competitive advantages to the discerning investor in terms of government regulations, security, confidentiality and flexibility. By incorporating in BVI, companies can exempt from all local taxes and stamp duty; benefit from highly competitive incorporation fees and costs; enjoy the asset security as they have the ability to transfer domicile; enjoy maximum confidentiality since companies are not required to file organizational or accounting information with the Registrar of Corporate Affairs; take one or two day(s) to incorporate.
